Lillian boxfish takes a walk — Galley & excerpt booklet
Kathleen Rooney’s novel Lillian Boxfish Takes A Walk is the story of a woman in New York City who made a name for herself writing advertising copy in the 1930s. The novel is inspired by real-life poet and copywriter Margaret Fishback, the focus of this promotional excerpt booklet distributed to potential readers. The booklet contains a short biography of Margaret Fishback, scans of her drawings and poetry, and an excerpt from Lillian Boxfish Takes A Walk. In addition to the booklet, I also designed the galley for Lillian Boxfish Takes A Walk.
